Immediate opening for Building Maintenance to work in a Property Management Company located at Ventura Blvd., Woodland Hills, CA 91364. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am-5:30 pm. Duties: * Performs all building and maintenance duties. * Performs plumbing, electrical, carpentry and other general repair work. * Actively observe condition of the buildings, vacant suites and common areas and report any needed repairs. * May assist other skilled workers with HVAC, carpentry, electrical, plumbing or general building/facility maintenance projects. * Responsible for upkeep of tools, equipment and supplies of the building. * Other duties as assigned from time to time. Requirements: * 3-5 years of related experience as a maintenance worker/technician preferred. * Must have use of a reliable vehicle. * Must possess a valid California driver’s license and maintain current auto insurance. * Must be reliable with strong work ethic. * Maintain regular and consistence attendance and punctuality. * Preferred experience in office property maintenance. * Must be self-starter, detail-orientated, and be able to work independently.
