SCOPE: Rental Maintenance Tech is responsible for responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on rental properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, carpentry, and minor appliance fixes, responding to tenant maintenance requests promptly, and ensuring the overall upkeep of Lakeshore Assets to maintain their value and resident satisfaction; often requiring on-call availability to address urgent issues.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintenance Requests: Respond to tenant maintenance requests by diagnosing issues, scheduling repairs, and completing tasks like fixing leaky faucets, clogged drains, malfunctioning appliances, and minor electrical problems. Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of rental units, common areas, and building systems to identify potential issues and complete preventative maintenance tasks like filter changes, appliance checks, and minor repairs before they become major problems.
