Inspect eggs for quality stamps, make boxes, label cartons and cases as assigned. Ability to read and interpret documents such as company policies, safety rules, product labels, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Job Description: Trash Chute Cleaning Tech As part of Island Chute Cleaning Services, workers will assist in the cleaning and maintenance of trash chutes in residential and commercial buildings, including high-rise structures. Tasks include: Assisting in the operation of a 4000 PSI pressure washer with a Mosmatic duct spinner to clean trash chutes. Hoisting the Mosmatic pressure washer spinner (which can weigh up to 140 lbs. at most) from the roof of high-rise buildings and carefully lowering it down the trash chute for thorough cleaning. Handling and maneuvering hoses, cleaning equipment, and degreasers as needed. Setting up safety barriers and ensuring work areas remain clean and hazard-free. Assisting in light debris removal from chutes and surrounding areas. Following strict safety procedures, including the use of PPE (gloves, goggles, respirators, harnesses, etc.) Working at heights, in confined spaces, and performing moderate to heavy physical labor.
