The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment. This role is crucial in ensuring optimal plant operations, product quality, and safety. Key Responsibilities: • Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections, lubrication, and adjustments to equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment life. • Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other issues on production equipment. • Equipment Installation and Modification: Install and modify equipment as needed, adhering to safety protocols and engineering standards. • Root Cause Analysis: Investigate equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. • Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations, GMP standards, and company policies.
