Ability to crawl in tight spaces and climb stairs; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces, and rooftops. Ability to work in hot and cold environments and confined spaces for tasks such as ductwork installation and equipment setup. Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Ability to manage time effectively and pay attention to details. Ability to safely and effectively use hand and power tools. Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision. Physical Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks daily. Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time. Frequent lifting and carrying of heavy equipment (up to 75 pounds). Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and crawl during installation tasks. Experience Proven experience in maintenance, installation, and repair of HVAC/R systems. Familiarity with appliance repair techniques and equipment. Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations related to HVAC systems. Field service operation experience preferred. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
