The Role We’re looking for a Product Manager with a passion for data, AI, and aviation technology. You’ll be responsible for building products and features that unlock safe, scalable, and data-driven drone operations. This role requires balancing vision and strategy with hands-on execution: identifying customer needs, defining product roadmaps, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver. You’ll work closely with engineering, data science, and regulatory partners to turn complex data and AI capabilities into intuitive, trusted tools for our customers. Your work will directly shape how drones operate in cities, industries, and infrastructure projects nationwide. What You’ll Do -Own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for data- and AI-driven capabilities. -Conduct market research and user discovery to uncover customer needs in the rapidly evolving drone ecosystem. -Translate insights into clear product requirements and collaborate with engineering, design, and data science on execution. -Define product scope, release plans, and success metrics that tie directly to business outcomes. -Partner with regulatory bodies, enterprise clients, and industry stakeholders to align solutions with real-world requirements. -Drive go-to-market strategy in collaboration with marketing and business development teams. -Analyze product usage and operational data, turning insights into actionable product decisions. -Stay ahead of trends in drones, AI, and aviation technology, spotting opportunities for innovation. -Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure smooth execution across technical, business, and external partners. What We’re Looking For -Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience). -4–7 years of product management experience in an agile software environment. -Proven track record of delivering complex products end-to-end, ideally in data- or AI-driven domains. -Strong understanding of AI technologies and experience building AI-enabled products (required). -Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize product and operational data into actionable insights. -Strong communicator and influencer, comfortable working with stakeholders across technical, business, and regulatory contexts. -Experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management tools. Bonus: experience in aviation, drones, geospatial data, or regulated industries. The Technical Support Specialist will interact with website events and customer issues in an intuitive, problem-solving manner. You will be responsible for monitoring the availability of 24/7 applications and responding to alerts by either resolving issues or escalating them to the appropriate level in real-time. Expertise is needed to support mobile devices as well as desktops and laptops. We are looking to fill 1 full-time employee for our 3rd shift, and you will be on-call 1 weekend per month, which will accrue PTO. This position requires a tech-savvy person who can predict potential issues and is looking for a career opportunity that is challenging. You will be working with a large team that is responsible for architecting, building, testing, and supporting the site. You may be involved in assisting with some of these efforts. PA state government or other government experience is helpful. This position is associated with a long-term contract with excellent career-building opportunities. This is a work-from-home position. Requirements · Website monitoring includes analyzing notifications and alerts for escalation, supporting real-time and scheduled events, and ensuring all automated communications are distributed without error. · Provide support communications for customer issues. · Interface with team leadership to understand daily / weekly roles and responsibilities and provide status updates on all activities daily. · Performs quality assurance (testing) procedures to ensure error-free working products and applications. · Evaluation and analysis of digital program performance and preparation of standardized analytical reports for internal and external purposes. WE NEED YOU: We are seeking a Charles River CRIMS C# Developer to design, develop, and maintain the services and APIs that support a complex, data-driven web application for the financial industry. The ideal candidate will have experience building high-performance, scalable applications using ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, and Azure cloud services. REQUIRED SKILLS: • Experience with Charles River CRD platform • 8+ years of experience in development using C# and ASP.NET Core/Angular. • Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices. • Experience with SQL Server and proficiency in writing efficient queries, stored procedures, and optimizing database performance. • Knowledge of Entity Framework Core or other ORM frameworks. • Familiarity with Azure cloud services, including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, and Azure Service Bus. • Experience with authentication and security standards such as OAuth2, JWT, and OpenID Connect. • Experience in event-driven architectures and working with message brokers like RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or Kafka. • Understanding of scalability, performance tuning, and caching mechanisms (Redis, Azure Cache for Redis, etc.). • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. • Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Direct experience leading and launching new technical products in a B2B market. Prior experience communicating with global Vendors a must.
