Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcome upon arrival. Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with stylists to optimize client flow. Oversee daily salon operations. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures. Provide knowledgeable recommendations for products and services to clients. Engage in upselling products and services to enhance the client experience. Maintain an organized retail space through effective merchandising and stocking practices. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork. Skills Proficient in POS systems and basic math for accurate cash handling. Experience with scheduling appointments preferred. Strong phone etiquette for effective communication with clients. Ability to speak to guest about products confidently and knowledgeably. Background in retail sales, merchandising, and retail math is advantageous. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Computer skills required, knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word and Excel. A solid understanding of customer service principles, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
