Job Description: As a Firearm Sales & Range Associate, you’ll be the face of Top Shottas. Your role involves assisting customers with firearm and accessory purchases, ensuring compliance with all federal and state laws, and maintaining a safe, clean, and enjoyable shooting environment. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Service Greet customers and provide knowledgeable assistance with firearms, ammunition, and accessories Complete firearm transactions, including 4473 forms and FDLE background checks Educate customers about firearm features, safety practices, and range rules Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times Range Operations Monitor the shooting range to ensure compliance with safety protocols Provide range briefings and assist with lane assignments Clean and maintain shooting lanes, target systems, and equipment Ensure all customers wear appropriate safety gear and follow safety procedures Inventory & Maintenance Restock merchandise and maintain accurate inventory records Assist with firearm intake, tagging, and storage Help maintain a clean, organized showroom and range area Compliance & Safety Follow all ATF, state, and local firearm laws and store policies Report any safety or compliance concerns to management immediately Qualifications: Must be 21 years or older Knowledge of firearms and firearm safety (NRA certification is a plus) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs Previous retail or range experience preferred but not required Benefits: Competitive starting pay at $17/hr Employee discounts on firearms, ammo, and range time Growth opportunities within Top Shottas Gun Range Training provided for the right candidate How to Apply: Apply in person at Top Shottas Gun Range or visit https://topshottasguns.com/work-with-us/?v=34f435c6b599 .
