Our evenings/weekends Event Parking Customer Service Representative (CSR) performs a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operation while delivering service in a courteous and attentive manner to the guests during evening and weekend events at the Rose Quarter, Keller Auditorium, Crystal Ballroom, and Providence Park. The shift start-times are generally after 5pm and they conclude between 7:30pm and 10pm depending on the event. This is the perfect job for a student or for someone who wants to supplement their income with a part-time job. Principal Duties • Greet arriving guests and assist in making payment for parking in a friendly and courteous manner. • Collect payment for parking [if necessary], issue entry ticket and verification of payment, make change for customers, and report and reconcile sales on shift report provided. • Control traffic at entrance and exit as needed. • Use respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, concerns, and relay information to manager. • Immediately report any incidents or safety concerns to manager. • Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates. • Employee must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
