Digital Merchandising & Marketing Assistant Seguin RV is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Digital Merchandising & Marketing Assistant to help manage our online presence and support our dealership’s growing sales and marketing operations. Position Overview This role focuses on photographing, videoing, and listing all RV inventory across multiple digital platforms while assisting with marketing campaigns and CRM-driven outreach. The right candidate will increase online visibility and lead generation through high-quality content and consistent digital engagement. Responsibilities • • Photograph and video all RVs upon arrival; upload listings within 24 hours. • • Maintain consistent and accurate listings across dealership website, RVTrader, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and Google Business. • • Create 30–60 second video walkarounds for YouTube and social media. • • Assist with online promotions, email marketing, and CRM campaigns. • • Track and report on lead sources, traffic, and engagement metrics. • • Update sold units, pricing, and descriptions weekly. Qualifications • • Basic photography and video skills (smartphone or DSLR). • • Experience with social media posting and digital platforms. • • Familiarity with Canva, Google Drive, and YouTube Studio preferred. • • Excellent organization and communication skills. • • Self-motivated and able to manage time efficiently. Compensation • Starting pay: $16–$18 per hour (DOE). • Performance bonus: $50 per used unit sold from your listings (verified through CRM). • Raise eligibility after 90 days based on performance. • Potential for advancement to Marketing Coordinator ($20–$22/hr + bonus). Performance Goals (90 Days) • • List all new inventory within 24 hours of arrival. • • Maintain 95% listing accuracy with complete photos and details. • • Increase online lead volume by 20% over baseline. • • Produce consistent weekly content for social media engagement. Work Environment This position is on-site at Seguin RV (4040 IH-10 W, Seguin, TX 78155). Work schedule is typically 30–35 hours per week, Monday through Saturday rotation.
