The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, reconciling bank statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. Key Responsibilities: -Maintain and update accounting records and files. -Post journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts. -Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with applicable regulations (GAAP/IFRS). -Process accounts payable and receivable transactions. -Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. -Assist with tax audits and tax returns. -Support budgeting and forecasting activities. -Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies. -Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with internal controls. -Assist in the preparation for external audits. Requirements: -Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. -Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus. -Proven experience (2 5 years) as an accountant or similar role. -Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations. -Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle). -Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). -High attention to detail and accuracy. -Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: -Familiarity with ERP systems. -Experience in [industry, if applicable]. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
