A leading radiopharmaceutical company in Bedford, MA is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a 6-month hybrid assignment (3 days onsite, 2 remote). This role offers $23/hour and hours vary between 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, and 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM, with flexibility required. This position is ideal for individuals with healthcare or customer service experience who are eager to support patient-focused operations within an innovative and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main contact for customer accounts, managing orders, inquiries, and complaints via phone and email. Process and track orders accurately while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery. Maintain compliance with quality assurance and regulatory standards. Collaborate with sales, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Resolve issues related to billing, delivery, or service disruptions promptly and professionally. Candidate Qualifications: 1-3 years of customer service experience, ideally in healthcare or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent problem-solving ability. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
