Seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide specialized care for a 74-year-old woman with moderate to late-stage dementia. We work through an agency that will onboard you based on our recommendation. ​ Care Recipient Profile: Requires full assistance with mobility (barely ambulatory). ​Requires full assistance with personal hygiene/continence care (non-ambulatory, incontinent). ​Needs feeding assistance with all meals. ​Needs companionship and conversation. ​ Key Duties: ​*Full personal care and hygiene (e.g.,changing, cleaning, repositioning). ​*Requires checks and cleaning every 2 hours overnight. ​*Meal preparation and feeding. ​Companionship.
