We are looking for the perfect candidate to add it to our office & the team. The perfect candidate will meet all the following description. Qualifications: -Associate Degree -Reliable & Very respectful, Professional -Strong computer Skills -Strong Insurance knowledge PPO & Medicaid -Excellent communication and customer service, and proficiency with dental software Dentrix -The ability to manage a busy office environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently is vital. -The ability to NOT get distracted. -HIPPA & OSHA Knowledge -Spanish/English Bilingual is a plus -Excellent communication with staff and the Doctor is Mandatory -Greeting patients -Tidy rooms area to ensure the practice runs smoothly. -Most wear professionally or with scrubs. Responsibilities but not limited: •Answering phones and greeting patients when they come •Dental treatment planning and charting •Check Eligibility & Collect Payments •Computer skills •Keeping track of office supplies and inventory •Getting in touch with dental supply companies •Labs, including x-rays, are handled •Office duties include document filing, scanning, and creation • Expert customer service skills with the ability to talk to anyone. • Strong written and oral communication skills • Detail-oriented with the ability to take accurate messages • Ability to use scheduling software (DENTRIX) • Ability to order all office supplies • The ability to process payments. •Keep the Schedule with 25/30 Patients or more. Dental receptionists are in charge of maintaining patient records, scheduling dentists, and handling various administrative data. These specialists must be extremely detail-oriented. When working on a project or assignment, dental receptionists can use this talent to pay close attention to all details and finish duties without making mistakes. Must maintain a high level of professionalism during their shift. The capacity to operate professionally and acceptably is referred to as professionalism. Great organizational skills to successfully manage all of the information that comes into and out of the office, from filing patient information to sorting and distributing mail. We are looking for 2 CAREGIVERS for a 23-year old man with disability, severe cerebral palsy, intellectual disability, and exhibiting extremely difficult behaviors and aggression on a sporadic basis. Client is high risk. Both caregivers will be required to assist with transfer and transport to prevent falls and safety hazards. Services are needed on a 24/7 basis in his home and in the community for all activities. Client lives in a lovely family neighborhood, but needs significant supervision, behavior management and support for all tasks throughout the week. CLIENT SPECIAL NEEDS: Client is severely disabled, mostly nonverbal, requiring professional assistance in all of the following areas on a 24/7 basis:  Assistance and supervision to stay safe and away from harm at all times;  Takes medication to modulate behaviors both during the morning, noon and night shifts;  Assistance needed at all times to change heavily soiled clothing, toileting, bathing, eating, and performing basic grooming tasks such as brushing teeth, shaving, dressing, and oiling/massaging skin to prevent skin breakage, and bed/wheelchair repositioning every 2-3 hours;  Client participates in walks, physical exercise, excursion to malls, concerts, grocery store, outings such as swimming, skating, bowling, movies, restaurants, sporting events, park and planning activities (Sports and Learning Complex), active church member, volunteering in the community to feed/cloth the homeless and engages in games and electronics; JOB SUMMARY AND DUTIES:  Client requires professional assistance in staying safe when he becomes sporadically agitated, and may lash out with hitting, kicking, head banging or grabbing, in order to self-calm;  Caregivers assist client in practicing self-care tasks such as teeth brushing, hair combing, and staying on task to practice skills throughout the day.  Caregivers must be able to accompany client to the park, involving walking up to 2 miles per day at the park and to / from the playground where Client visits regularly;  Caregivers must be able to help client remain clean, dry and safe throughout the day during many activities, frequent hand and face washing, clothes changing assistance when needed, prepare meals and clean up and keeping client from handling dangerous items in the kitchen (stove, knives, etc.) or breaking things he encounters.
