Front Office Medical Office is seeking an experienced assistant. Position entails greeting patients, preparing charts, checking insurance benefits, collecting payments, preparing daily batch to go to billing. Additionally, managing phones, appointments, messages, managing emails. Applicants MUST be fully committed, reliable, and punctual. This is a permanent position. Must have 2-3 years of front medical front office experience, certificate of training. Hours are flexible, offering 30-40 hrs/ week. No evenings or weekends. Assist the doctor with taking x-rays, casting, splinting and fitting for braces. Must have license, will train as needed. Small, friendly office environment
