📍 Location: Eugene, OR 💲 Compensation: $17.00/hour 🕒 Employment Type: Part-Time (30–35 hours/week) ________________________________________ About the Role We are seeking a dependable and skilled Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team. This hands-on position plays a key role in maintaining our guest rooms, common areas, and building systems — ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable stay for every guest. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Perform daily maintenance and routine inspections of guest rooms and public areas. • Handle basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance repairs. • Maintain the hot tub, including daily chemical checks and monthly upkeep. • Fix clogged drains, leaking faucets, and other minor plumbing issues. • Assist with painting, drywall, and general property repairs. • Maintain locks, fixtures, and windows as needed. • Support the housekeeping and front desk teams with timely maintenance responses. • Care for exterior areas — landscaping, sprinklers, snow removal, and walkway upkeep. • Inspect and maintain fire safety systems regularly. ________________________________________ Qualifications • Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel/motel/property maintenance (required). • Strong working knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, and repair procedures. • Hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. • Physically capable of lifting, bending, and working in various conditions. • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. • Must be available weekends and occasional overtime or emergencies. • Valid driver’s license preferred. ________________________________________ Schedule & Compensation • Part-time: 30–35 hours per week • Typical schedule: 5 days/week, 6–7 hours per day (including weekends) • Pay rate: $17.00/hour ________________________________________ Join Our Team If you take pride in your work, enjoy hands-on problem-solving, and want to be part of a supportive, team-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you!
