Position: Line Cook (Crudo Station Experience Preferred) We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate has experience with raw fish preparation, crudo plating, and precise knife work, as well as solid hot line fundamentals and a clean, organized work style. Responsibilities Prepare mise en place and execute dishes during service, with emphasis on seafood and crudo. Maintain consistency, speed, and quality across all stations. Handle high-quality ingredients with respect and precision. Follow all food safety and sanitation standards. Work collaboratively with chefs, sous chefs, and teammates to ensure smooth service. Contribute to menu development and daily specials when appropriate. Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high-volume NYC kitchen. Strong skills in crudo, garde-manger, or seafood prep. Solid knowledge of Italian flavors and ingredients is a plus. Team player with a positive attitude and a sense of urgency. Punctual, professional, and detail-oriented.
