Pearl Box is a high-end cocktail bar featuring a creative snack and dinner menu alongside a refined caviar service. We’re open for dinner only, six nights a week, and take pride in pairing elevated food with a world-class beverage program. Our small, tight-knit kitchen team operates with precision, collaboration, and respect for craft. Position Overview We’re seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team. You’ll work closely with our chefs to execute a dynamic, evolving menu that complements Pearl Box’s elevated cocktail and caviar offerings. This is a hands-on position that demands strong technical ability, consistency, and a collaborative mindset. Schedule & Team Structure Dinner service only – no lunch or brunch. Typical shift: 1:30 PM – 11:00 PM. Two cooks are scheduled most days; Sundays you’ll work solo, so confidence in executing the full menu independently is essential. What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years of professional restaurant experience. FLUENT ENGLISH IS REQUIRED for clear, efficient communication. Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable. Strong sense of teamwork and accountability. Clean, focused, and disciplined work habits. Creativity and curiosity to contribute ideas as we grow and evolve the menu. Responsibilities Execute menu items with accuracy and consistency. Maintain prep standards, organization, and station cleanliness. Uphold kitchen safety and sanitation protocols.
