Monday 11:30PM-5PM Responsible, punctual, hopspitable, and clean individual with at least 2 years of professional Barista experience. Must be able to operate a manual La Marzocco manual machine. Must have basic coffee/espressso knowledge. Latte art is a sign of proper milk steaming technique and is a prerequisite. -Must be familiar with NYC department of health codes. - Must be CLEAN, ORGANIZED, PROFESSIONAL, TAKE DIRECTION, AND HAVE A GOOD ATTITUDE. Duties include but not limited, dialing-in, making espressso based drinks, drip, cold brew, teas. Taking inventory, and cleaning. Be front facing and have a hospitable attitude with guests/patrons. Must be a able to work a busy 200+ plus cover shift. Who we are.. We are a busy coffee shop/bakery with a small, but popular breakfast sandwich and pastry menu.
