This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can balance creativity with discipline while ensuring consistency at the highest level. The night pitmaster position is one of the most important positions at our restaurant. You will be in charge of our two 1,000 gallon smokers as well as a good-sized prep list. Must have prep experience, solid knife skills, and a lot of self motivation as you will be working alone for a large part of the shift. This is a full-time position and we need someone that can work FIVE consecutive nights a week. Ideally, if hired you would work a week at the 4am-12pm shift, a week during the day, and then transition to the night shift from 6:30p-3a during your third week.
