We are looking for a dedicated and skilled individual, specifically one with proven experience in laminated pastries and bread making. Compensation: DOE Full or Part-time options available Experience Level: Mid to Senior level (3 to 5 years of experience) Key Requirements & Qualifications • Proven experience as a pastry cook or baker in a professional setting. • Demonstrable expertise in laminated pastry production (e.g., croissants, danishes, puff pastry). • Early morning availability is a must. • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure consistent product quality and presentation. • Ability to work independently and unsupervised, managing time and tasks effectively. • A professional attitude and a commitment to maintaining a positive kitchen environment. • Strong work ethic and reliability. Responsibilities May Include • Preparing, baking, and finishing a variety of pastries, with a focus on lamination. • Following recipes accurately and efficiently to maintain quality standards. • Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work station. • Managing inventory for necessary ingredients and supplies. • Working collaboratively with kitchen staff during busy production times.
