Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10AM to 6PM (or similar hours)🔍 What You’ll Do: As the Program Director, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of a residential program that serves youth in care. You'll oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a safe, structured, and supportive environment where residents can grow and thrive. This is your opportunity to lead with compassion, integrity, and vision.💼 Key Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and inspire a multidisciplinary team, including direct care staff, supervisors, and case managers. Create a positive, trauma-informed culture that prioritizes youth safety, healing, and empowerment. Ensure compliance with DCF licensing standards, agency policies, and contractual obligations. Oversee intake, discharge, and treatment planning in collaboration with clinical staff and DCF. Manage budgets, staff schedules, and resource allocation with efficiency and transparency. Conduct regular staff training, supervision, and performance evaluations. Maintain accurate and timely documentation, reports, and case files. Respond to crises and ensure implementation of behavior support plans. Act as a key liaison with DCF, schools, healthcare providers, families, and community partners. Represent the program in audits, licensing visits, and inter-agency meetings. Participate in on-call rotations and respond to after-hours incidents. 🎯 You’ll Thrive in This Role If You: Are a confident leader who can motivate and manage a diverse team. Excel in crisis management and problem-solving. ✅ Qualifications & Competencies: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field preferred. 2–5 years of experience in social work or residential care, including 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong knowledge of DCF regulations, trauma-informed care, and adolescent development. Proven ability in staff supervision, program operations, and crisis intervention. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Familiarity with MA DCF and EEC group care regulations. Ability to lead diverse teams and support youth with complex trauma histories. Valid MA driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Must pass CORI, SORI, fingerprinting, and DCF background checks. 🛠️ Required Skills & Training: Must complete and maintain certifications in: CPR/First Aid, Physical Restraint/Dynamics of a Crisis, Medication Administration, HIPAA, OSHA, and other relevant trainings and competencies. Able to demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, task prioritization, and clear communication.
