Head Coach (2) - Middle School Boys Soccer & Middle School Girls Soccer Winter Season (November 2025 - February 2026) Position Summary: San Diego Jewish Academy is seeking two roles: Girl's Middle School Soccer Head Coach and Boy's Middle School Head Coach for the 2025-26 Winter season. These positions will be responsible for fulfilling duties as assigned by the Athletic Director relevant to leading and organizing a middle school soccer team. Must have 2-5 years’ experience coaching at the club, middle, high school or college level. CPR/First-Aid certification and NFHS Concussion in Sport Certificate required. Key Responsibilities: Create and implement practice plans Develop game strategies Provide guidance and support to team members Ensure safety of players during practices and games Support player academic success and character development Supervise assistant coaches and collaborate with JV/middle school coaches Ensure compliance with CIF rules and SDJA athletic policies Communicate effectively with parents, school administration, and other coaches Attend all practices and games Encourage and motivate team members Qualifications: 2-5 years' experience coaching at the club, middle, high school or college level CPR/First Aid certification required NFHS Concussion in Sports Certificate required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and encourage team members Strong organizational and time management skills Walk-on Coach: $25/hour ($2,000 for season) To be considered, please click here to apply: Open Positions: Head Coach (2) - MS Boys Soccer & MS Girls Soccer.
