Responsibilities: Care for and supervise children ages 16 months to 4 years Support daily routines including snacks, meals, diapering/potty training, nap time, and indoor/outdoor play Lead and participate in engaging, age-appropriate activities conducted entirely in French Maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment Encourage developmental growth and language acquisition through play and structured activities Qualifications: French speaker preferred Experience working with young children preferred (daycare, preschool, babysitting, or similar) Warm, responsible, and patient demeanor Authorized to work in the United States CPR/First Aid certified or willingness to obtain. Position Qualifications: Must have knowledge of youth and teen development principles and practices. Ability to consistently meet schedules and deadlines. Ability to meet consistent attendance. Ability to work independently and efficiently without direct supervision. License to drive (if over 21) and ability to drive Club vans a plus. Consistent work schedules preferred. One year of experience preferred but NOT required. We are seeking a responsible and compassionate Part-Time Childcare Worker to join our team in El Cajon. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about working with children and committed to ensuring their safety and well-being. Hours range from Monday-Friday 8:30-12:00pm some afternoons must be flexible. Example 2:00-4:30/5pm.
