Office Assistant / Receptionist (Part-Time) We are a family-owned company seeking a reliable and motivated Office Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Answering phone calls and responding to emails Maintaining organized filing systems Post and Process Payments Providing general administrative support as needed Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of office experience preferred, but required Entry level in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively Position Details: Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Compensation: $18 per hour (starting rate) Type: Part-time, long-term position We are looking for someone who is eager to grow with us and become a valued part of our team for years to come. This is not a temporary position.
