We are seeking to hire a Resident Property Manager with the following qualifications: • Minimum 5+ years experience managing 100+ units (preferred) • Stable employment background • Must be a Certified Compliance Specialist • Tax Credit knowledge a must • Excellent Excel skills • Yardi skills • Affordable housing experience a plus • Minimum requirement!! Typing 60+ wpm (preferred) • Knowledge of use and basic maintenance of office equipment • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work flexible hours and/or overtime and on call on the weekends Great salary and benefits.
