A successful candidate Should have extensive experience in Property Management. Experience with AppFolio a plus. Exceptional communication skills and ability to effectively interact with tenants, property owners, vendors, and team members. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Job Duties Will Include: Manage tenant relations, tenant inquiries, requests, and any potential complaints. Promptly and professionally maintain a high level of customer service. Manage tenant notices, evictions, rent assistance, funding and collections. Manage property records, including leases, lease renewals, contracts, and financial documents.
