This person must have 3 years of Janitorial Experience and detail knowledge of scheduling and supervising employees and inspecting buildings. Your main responsibility will be doing Daily inspections of those buildings that you are assigned to. This is a PART - TIME position Monday - Friday, Looking for 2pm or 3pm start, availability on weekends may be required as needed. Based on award of NEW contracts, this has the potential to move to a FULL-TIME position. Knowledge of the Janitorial Industry a MUST! Must have a clean driver's license and applicant will be required to perform a background check as well.
