You can still work residential through the busy season, but we have more leads coming in than we can handle, we need someone to manage the leads in our HubSpot CRM and make sure all leads are followed up with until they close.

Renters don't really need brokers anymore like they did 6 years ago. The commission structures are getting smaller for residential.
 Come to Commercial Real Estate. Get your nights and weekends back again. We mainly work 10 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday. On Good days, when we have a lot going on we may be in the office until 8 or 9 pm sending follow up emails, writing Offer Term Sheets, closing deals, creating ads, etc…

 I’ve been doing commercial office space leasing and ground floor retail (Bars and Restaurants) in New York since 2007. I’ve been a broker since 2005 and have been working in real estate since 1995. I have trained dozens agents to show Office Space Leasing. I have managed teams of 3-6 people many times.

I will shadow you for the next few showings, and soon I will be standing by on my cell phone when you are showing office spaces and the client has questions about loss factors, usable square footage, rentable square footage, CAM charges, and taxes. This is nothing to be scared of. You can do it.
