Seeking a full-time Leasing Agent / Office Assistant for 97 apartment units in the Maplewood Area. Excitingly, our company OFFERS A 4-DAY WORK WEEK, Monday through Thursday from 7:00am to 4:30pm with a half hour paid meal break. This position offers a competitive wage of $18.00 to $21.00 based on experience, along with 100% PREMIUM PAID MEDICAL, DENTAL AND LIFE INSURANCE, and Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST), PTO and nine (9) paid Holiday's. Applicant must; meet MN Compliance to the employment background reporting, have a valid drivers license, dependable vehicle and valid vehicle insurance. Duties include but are not limited to; apartment showings, application review, unit inspections, general office duties, assisting the Property Manager and filling in for absence. BARRINGTON APARTMENTS Weekend hours: On-call as needed The Maintenance/Service Technician reports directly to the Service Manager and is responsible for performing make-ready repairs to all vacant units prior to move-in. HVAC certified preferred. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform repairs to make-ready units in a timely manner. Is responsible for 24 hour on-call, as scheduled by the Service Manager, respond to on-call paging. Assist the Service Manager or Housekeeper with their work if necessary. Inspect property for improvements and repairs and review with the Service Manager. Perform work order requests. Assist the Service Manager with maintenance requests. Know the location of gas and water meter emergency cut offs, all apartment and fixture cut offs, and sewer clean outs. Paint interior and exterior when required. Responsible for adherence to policies outline outlined in Employee handbook. Responsible for keeping the Maintenance shop clean and in order at all times.
