Job Title: Cleaning Technician Location: Based in Yakima, WA (travel throughout Washington State required) Employment Type: Part-Time / On-Call / No Guaranteed Hours About the Role: We are a professional pest control company expanding our services to include deep cleaning, item removal, decluttering, biohazard cleanup, furniture moving and removal, and garbage removal. Our Cleaning Technicians assist with a wide range of projects — from preparing homes for pest control treatments to helping clients clear and clean their spaces. Work volume can fluctuate and may vary from a few hours to several days at a time; hours cannot be guaranteed. Flexibility is important. Typical hours are between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., though travel days may start as early as 6:00 a.m. and end as late as 7:00 p.m. Occasional overnight travel may be required; hotel accommodations and a daily meal per diem are provided. Responsibilities: Perform deep cleaning, decluttering, and waste removal Handle biohazard and sanitation cleaning tasks Move, remove, and dispose of furniture or items as needed Assist pest control staff during combined treatment and cleaning jobs Maintain professionalism, respect, and discretion in all work environments Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs (or heavier with assistance) Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Must pass a background check Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working in varied conditions Willingness to travel within Washington State Compensation: $18 per hour.
