$925 / 1900ft2 - Roommate desired in Beautiful Community (Avondale)

Hi! I am looking for a responsible and respectful tenant in who is looking for a temporary place to call home. The tenant must have their own transportation, and simply honor the contract. The lease is for 6 months, and will extend to month to month as long as 60 days notice is provided prior to moving out. The monthly rate is $925 per month INCLUDING all utilities. About the house: The house lies in a cul de sac (limited traffic) and is extremely close to Coldwater Springs Golf Club. The neighbors are extremely polite as well. The house has a split floor plan with both spare bedrooms separated by a bathroom and second living room (promotes privacy). Please view pictures for additional information. Procedure: 1) If you are interested in the room, then send me an email or text telling me a little bit about yourself. After we get to know each other a little bit, (2) I will send you a draft of the contract. 3) Then, I will invite you to view the house and ask any follow up questions. 4) Background check occurs afterwards, then 5) sign the contract and move in! The room is currently not furnished so you will have to have your own furnishings. If this is too much, we can still make it work! About me: I am a devout Christian who enjoys exercising and reading.
