Anyone heading to Grand Junction for a week around Halloween? (Arvada to Grand Junction and back)

I'm looking for the best way to get to Grand Junction for 5-7 days the week of Halloween. Oct 29 to November 5 or October 30 to November 3 any dates work if Halloween is included! I'd love to spend Halloween with the grandkids! I can offer gas money, fastfood stop and good conversation! (Ride home too) I know this is a long shot but you just might be going for same! PS. Kind of important... I have a little dog (9lb cha-wawa) ?
