This position requires advanced knowledge of the RFP process, as well as a strong understanding of marketing and proposal best practices and strategies to create winning proposals that help to expand Galloway’s regional and market reach.\r\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\r\n■ Coordinates and participates in the entire proposal process, from kickoff and strategy through final submittal.\r\n■ Prepares and assembles a high-quality product, ensuring compliance, correct grammar, readability, completeness, and attractive presentation.\r\n■ Prepares compliance matrices, proposal schedules, and work plans for proposal teams.\r\n■ Coordinates color reviews and incorporates feedback.\r\n■ Coordinates with subject matter experts and external partners on pursuits.\r\n■ Writes non-technical sections and has ability to lead strategic conversations for technical sections\r\n■ Ensures quality by using Galloway proposal processes for reviews and rigorous quality controls.\r\n■ Coordinates and creates interview presentations and content as needed.\r\n■ Participates in post-RFP debrief meetings to capture new and updated content to refresh the database library.\r\n■ Prepares and maintains company content, project descriptions, and employee resumes.\r\n■ Uses CRM to manage and report on proposal support and maintain the proposal resource database.\r\n■ Translates Galloway’s vision, brand, and strategy into compelling written content.\r\n■ Tracks proposal pursuits, including wins/losses and time allocation.\r\n■ Stays current with industry standards and new developments.\r\n■ Supports other marketing activities and special projects as needed.\r\n\r\nRequirements\r\n■ Ability to work under pressure and under challenging deadlines for proposals that have executive-level visibility.\r\n■ Demonstrates exceptional written communication skills.\r\n■ Possesses clear understanding of the proposal response process.\r\n■ Effectively manages and meets multiple and concurrent deadlines.\r\n■ Ability to appropriately apply advanced knowledge of Galloway’s capabilities, policies, and services.\r\n■ Works well with teams in a highly collaborative environment.\r\n■ Takes initiative and is highly motivated.\r\n■ Willing to adjust work schedule as needed to meet demanding deadlines.\r\n■ Possesses intermediate to advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Acrobat, as well as the Microsoft Office suite. About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Sr. Proposal Coordinator to join our dynamic and growing proposal team! As Sr. Coordinator, you will work with technical staff in a variety of architecture and engineering disciplines to create compelling, strategic, and best value proposals that capture Galloway’s messaging and win themes. Ideal candidates will be experienced in responding to both municipal and private-sector RFPs within the AEC industry. Your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to combine personal drive with a team-focused mindset will be critical to helping our proposal team reach new heights in proposal development. Job Summary
The Sr. Proposal Coordinator is responsible for the development of high quality, compliant, client-focused responses to requests for proposal. This position requires advanced knowledge of the RFP process, as well as a strong understanding of marketing and proposal best practices and strategies to create winning proposals that help to expand Galloway’s regional and market reach.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
■ Coordinates and participates in the entire proposal process, from kickoff and strategy through final submittal.
■ Prepares and assembles a high-quality product, ensuring compliance, correct grammar, readability, completeness, and attractive presentation.
■ Prepares compliance matrices, proposal schedules, and work plans for proposal teams.
■ Coordinates color reviews and incorporates feedback.
■ Coordinates with subject matter experts and external partners on pursuits.
■ Writes non-technical sections and has ability to lead strategic conversations for technical sections
■ Ensures quality by using Galloway proposal processes for reviews and rigorous quality controls.
■ Coordinates and creates interview presentations and content as needed.
■ Participates in post-RFP debrief meetings to capture new and updated content to refresh the database library.
■ Prepares and maintains company content, project descriptions, and employee resumes.
■ Uses CRM to manage and report on proposal support and maintain the proposal resource database.
■ Translates Galloway’s vision, brand, and strategy into compelling written content.
■ Tracks proposal pursuits, including wins/losses and time allocation.
■ Stays current with industry standards and new developments.
■ Supports other marketing activities and special projects as needed.
Requirements

Training Program
Our training program is heavily focused on hands-on learning. Trainees develop marketing strategies, complete account audits, and execute optimizations for clients accounts. How You’ll Make Money
MSM income consists of a base salary of $30,000 per year plus commission and bonus. Eligibility to begin earning commission usually begins in the second or third month of hire, depending on pace in the training program.
Marketing Success Managers make an *average of ~$55,000 to $60,000 in their first year and generally experience $20,000 in income growth each year thereafter. *Averages are based on 2024-2025 MSM payroll.

MSMs that seek to eventually build their own team will have opportunities to take their knowledge of account management and be selected for internal leadership roles. We have had MSMs start out in this role that are now Chief Advertising Officers, VP of Marketing, Chief Marketing Operations Officer, Chief Marketing Officers and Directors. As the organization grows we look to our MSM teams to fill these and many more leadership opportunities.
How are the teams structured?
Marketing Success Manager teams are led by a Lead Marketing Success Manager, who reports to the Director of Marketing over their team.
What else makes the position notable?
Our hours are 7-4pm MST Monday through Friday. There is no travel, no weekend work, and accounts are assigned to you (you do not have to generate your own clients). We invest heavily in advertising and marketing to generate accounts and the same strategies you are using for customers are what we use to drive new business for ourselves.

Sales Development Representative (SDR) Role -
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a key role in the Inside Sales and Marketing organizations by qualifying new sales leads and building pipeline. The role focuses on inbound and outbound lead generation and qualified opportunity creation. This includes leveraging various cold prospecting activities and strategies to generate outbound sales leads and opportunities for CoreSite’s assigned sales region(s). It also includes warm follow up and qualifying inbound leads from marketing activities and assigning to the regional sales teams per our rules of engagement. We are looking for motivated self-starters that are willing to work hard, learn, and who are interested in starting a technology-based sales career. Hybrid work environment, in office two days per week.
We are currently hiring for a 6-month contract that does have the possibility to extend.
Duties:
Learn and understand CoreSite’s offerings and competitive advantage.
Develop a personalized CoreSite pitch and product pitches.
Understand target prospect personas including titles, job responsibilities, company size, industry/verticals, annual revenues and more. Build contact prospecting lists based on knowledge of target audience and personas.
Understand assigned regional industries, top companies, metro areas, data center locations, competitors and other data. Build account prospecting lists based on knowledge of the region and surrounding metros.
Generate outbound sales leads and qualify opportunities by leveraging SDR sales training, strategies, platforms and marketing resources. Maintain prescribed monthly frequency for cold calls, cold emails and social media outreach.
Follow-up and convert inbound sales leads (website forms, inbound calls and referrals) into qualified opportunities. Assign opportunities to the correct regions, sales VPs and sales representatives based on CoreSite’s rules of engagement (ROE).
Attend assigned regional sales calls and provide updates on current inbound and outbound activity, campaigns and programs. Provide sales prospecting support for regional VPs and sales representatives.
Collaborate with individual sales representatives in assigned region(s) to generate target account lists to prospect on their behalf. Set meetings and appoints for senior sales representatives in assigned region(s).
Provide critical feedback to the inside sales and marketing team on campaign success, quality of inbound leads, SDR tools and platforms.
Occasionally travel to tradeshows, to provide booth support, badge scanning (~25% Travel), and to other CoreSite offices
Identify and develop outbound prospecting email campaign strategy and provide feedback on existing marketing efforts and lead quality.
Promote and demonstrate the behaviors consistent with CoreSite’s culture and Guiding Principles.
