Ten or more years of experience, who plans and develops medium to large-scope projects with many complexities, executes and coordinates projects. • Non-Licensed Architectural Staff • Has major project responsibility. • Plans and develops projects of medium to large scope and works under minimal supervision. • May oversee a large staff of architects and technicians. • Responsible for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating assignments. • Plans and develops architectural projects concerning unique and/or controversial complexities that significantly impact major company programs. • Involves exploration of subject area, definition of scope, selection of items for investigation, and development of novel concepts and methods. • Responsible for specific technical design aspects of an assigned major project • Recommendation of design solutions that best meets the client’s needs under the scope of work. • Provides professional architectural consultation in o Planning o Design o Coordination of large complex projects • Independently applies advanced architectural concepts and designs. • Carries out complex assignments requiring the development of new or improved techniques and procedures. • May provide technical guidance to less experienced architects / architectural staff. • Manage and work independently on multiple architectural design projects (small, medium, and large projects) • Coordinate all aspects of project design and design efforts with client and junior team members, as well as consultants and AHJ's. • Coordinating all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of projects. • Maintain effective project communication and documentation. • Perform office administrative tasks. • Verify completion of project team assignments (in-house + consultants) • Prepare Contract / Construction Documents • Participate in design charrettes. • Assist in graphic design. • Direct and monitor uniformly high quality and production standards for project teams and team members and ensures high productivity without sacrificing quality. • Develops creative design concepts for projects. • Prepares presentation drawings. • Prepares design drawings & provides production support using the following software: o AutoCad & Revit o Sketch Up + Adobe Suite + Microsoft Office Suite + Bluebeam

Note: We are open to this role working fully remotely, or being located in any one of our offices. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Fueling Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fueling system engineering, coupled with a proven track record in business development, mentoring, and construction document production experience. This role will involve a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and relationship management to drive business growth and ensure the successful execution of fueling projects. Lead the design, analysis, and implementation of fueling systems for various applications, including but not limited to aviation systems, bulk storage, emergency generators, fleet fueling, industrial storage, marine fueling, retail fueling, and truck stops. Incorporate basic understanding of electrical power and low voltage control systems. Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and performance evaluations to optimize fueling system designs for efficiency, safety, and reliability. Possesses strong communication skills to facilitate and collaborate with various engineering disciplines (Architectural/Structural Design, Due Diligence Coordination, Energy Efficiency Evaluation, Entitlements & Permitting, Fuel System Design, Photometric Evaluation, Site Assessment, Site Design, Spill Prevention, Control & Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans, Stormwater Systems, and Vehicle Circulation, etc.) Manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate fueling systems into broader engineering projects and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Implement process improvements and workflow optimizations to enhance productivity and efficiency in plan set production. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fueling industry, including market analysis, client prospecting, and proposal development. Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster repeat business and drive revenue growth. Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach and capitalize on emerging trends in fueling technology and infrastructure. Mentoring and Talent Development: Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical training to junior engineers and team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in fueling system design and engineering practices. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation, professional growth, and continuous learning among team members. Conduct performance evaluations, set development goals, and provide constructive feedback to support the career progression of individuals within the team. Your Day to Day:   Execute plan drafting using AutoCAD and Civil3D software.  Adjust and correlate data, recognize discrepancies in results, and follow operations through a series of related and detailed steps or processes.  Prepare improvement plans, specifications, supporting documents, and permit applications for subdivisions, commercial developments, multifamily developments, and public works projects.  Assist in the preparation of calculations such as, storm drain, wastewater, water system, earthwork quantities, transportation, cost estimates, and other supporting documentation for public and private projects.  Take an active role in new business development.   You will love our Full-Spectrum Approach™! Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in fueling system engineering, design, and implementation. Proven track record in business development, including client relationship management, proposal writing, and contract negotiation. Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals and objectives. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations governing fueling system design and operation, such as IBC, API, ASME, NFPA, and FAA guidelines. General expectation is that this role maintains and preserves the life of all common area equipment, inclusive of both the interior and exterior of the building and complies with all City, County, State, OSHA, and all governmental agency mandates.  WHAT YOU'LL DO  Engineering management of a residential facility; including common areas, amenity space and parking garage. Provide quarterly cost analysis and cost projections for all utilities, chilled water, electrical, gas and on all maintenance items needed, filters, belts, valves, and maintenance equipment. Efficiency analysis and energy savings audits done on a quarterly basis. Create, execute, and maintain an automated preventative maintenance program to include all components of the building.  Implement and maintain all required maintenance SOPs as directed by GM and VP of Risk Management.  Maintain any “green energy” qualifications of the building.  Coordinate, maintain, and keep current all building component inspections.  Supervises full maintenance team and any other departments as assigned by the GM.  Develops training to ensure excellence in job performance.  Building and maintaining strong relationships with outside vendors. Coordinate contracted services and repairs, alongside the GM.  Keeps complete and accurate records of all maintenance requests submitted, commented on, and completed. Must be available for “on-call” after hours, weekends, and holidays and available for emergencies, as needed.  Ensures all safety precautions and procedures are followed while performing assigned duties.   Requirements EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE  High school diploma or equivalent WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED  A minimum of 7-10 years of engineering experience, preferably in high-rise facilities.
