Job Description: Entry level position. We offer training. *Report to the office every day *Perform plan take-offs, use software to measure and count mechanical system components to ensure accurate project price estimation. *Review project plans and specifications to include all necessary job scope details in project pricing. *Work with the Lead Estimator to prepare and submit project bids *Ability to interpret field drawings and keep project schedules in regard to drawing submittals *Potential site visits to obtain field information for use in shop and coordinate drawings, as-builts, etc.. *Build and create a CAD image library consisting of frequently used symbols and designs *Use and knowledge of drafting to execute BIM modeling and 3D modeling initiatives *Working knowledge of HVAC - AutoCAD software. Ability to compile drawings/designs consisting of piping systems, ductwork, HVAC, process, layouts, etc.. *Experience & Requirement: *Complete computer skills:; Microsoft Office-Word, Excel & Outlook *1 year HVAC experience *1 year of estimating (required) *Autodesk Revit experience (preferred) *Mechanical aptitude; ability to understand mechanical ductwork systems and drawings (preferred)

Create, execute, and maintain an automated preventative maintenance program to include all components of the building.  Implement and maintain all required maintenance SOPs as directed by GM and VP of Risk Management.  Maintain any “green energy” qualifications of the building.  Coordinate, maintain, and keep current all building component inspections.  Supervises full maintenance team and any other departments as assigned by the GM.  Develops training to ensure excellence in job performance.  Building and maintaining strong relationships with outside vendors.
