This person will need as a minimum for this position: 1. Ability to read and understand blueprints 2. Ability to use Ground Rules software for takeoffs 3. Ability to use Bid 2 Win Software for estimates 4. Works as much as needed to ensure bid deliveries (Would include Saturdays) 5. Be able to meet and develop relationships with clients 6. Looking for skilled Carpenters/ Finishers for concrete work. Need reliable transportation and be willing to travel. Must have a minimum of 5 years in the concrete trade. Familiarity with simon forms, gang forms, scaffolding,, snap ties, strong backs and walers is also a must. We build dams, spillways and intake structures so vertical concrete is basically all we do. Knowledge of mechanical pipe is a plus. Operator skills also a plus. Dirt work skills also a plus. Ability to use total station and gps also a plus.
