Must have knowledge in remodeling and handyman services, including but not limited to minor plumbing, electrical, drywall and finishing, painting, trim, interior and exterior, flooring- all types, gutters and downspouts, cabinet installation. Must carry own workers compensation insurance. Must have valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. References a must. Willing to train the right candidate.
