Successful candidates are goal-driven, organized, outside-the-box problem solvers with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage a team and at least 10 years of experience. Site Lead Qualifications • Approximately 10 years of construction and carpentry experience • Approximately 5 years in an on-site project management role • Experience with high-end residential remodels and new build projects • Experience managing high-end commercial TI projects • Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record • Must have full selection of tools to perform the work • High level of accuracy and pride in your craft • Ability to lift 50lbs • Self-motivated and able to motivate others • Well developed computer skills, including cloud based project management tools. Preferred Qualifications & Skills • Experience with cutting-edge building practices and high performance building. • Ability to use project management software. Need a skilled mechanic plumber/helper in the Queens Area. We are looking to hire an experienced mechanic for ongoing residential projects. Must have strong knowledge of plumbing systems, mechanical repairs and ability to troubleshoot and complete work independent. Must have drivers license.
