Requirements • Experience: 2+ years in property maintenance or related fields. • Tools: Own tools and a 25-50 ft plumbing snake. • Transportation: Reliable truck, van, or SUV with valid auto insurance. • License: Valid driver’s license. • Handyman Skills: Preferred experience in general maintenance. • Language: Spanish-speaking is a plus. • Location: Reside near the Valley for emergency response. • Physical Ability: Lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders in varied conditions. • Background Check: Required.
