SIT DOWN & STAND-UP REACH FORKLIFT DRIVERS NEEDED!! IMMEDIATE HIRE!! We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This position requires proficiency in operating both stand-up and sit-down forklifts to move materials, load/unload shipments, and support inventory operations efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities: Operate sit-down forklifts for pallet transport and dock work. Operate stand-up reach trucks/order pickers for high-shelf inventory access and warehouse racking. Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers. Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately per customer and internal requirements. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Perform routine forklift maintenance and safety inspections. Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times. Assist with inventory control and cycle counts when needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred. Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain one. 1+ year of experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods. Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Comfortable working in fast-paced environments. Preferred Skills: Experience with RF scanners and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems). Knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures. Familiarity with OSHA forklift safety standards.
