At ADI, we specialize in providing high-quality services for the construction and demolition industry. We are looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team and work on a variety of heavy equipment, including excavators, loaders, end dump trailers, and other construction machinery. Responsibilities: - Perform welding and fabrication on heavy equipment and machinery. - Diagnose and repair cracks, breaks, and other structural issues. - Fabricate custom parts and attachments when needed. - Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment. - Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines. Requirements: - 3+ years of welding and fabrication experience (Preferably in heavy equipment). - Proficient in MIG, Stick, and Flux-Core welding. - Experience with heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, and trailers. - Strong understanding of safety practices and procedures. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. - Reliable transportation and strong work ethic. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1 year experience with Lifts.
