Requirements: Cheerful/energetic Knowledge of cannabis and/or CBD High school Diploma/GED Must be able to stand for extended amount of time Be able to lift UP to 40+ pounds as needed Budtender experience preferred but not required 1-2 years Sales/Cashier experience OR 1-2 years Customer Service experience Must pass Background Check BUDTENDER Responsibilities: Maintaining sales performance and monthly goals Cleaning and maintain store. Advising customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and experiences with cannabis. Educating customers on different strains of cannabis, their medicinal uses, and safe responsible methods of consumption. Advising customers on suitable products based on their needs, preferences and budgets. Keeping abreast of new products on the market as well as the latest industry trends. Processing customers' payments using the facility's Point of Sale (POS) system. Ensuring that the facility is clean and well-organized at all times. Taking inventory of products and ensuring that the sales floor is adequately stocked. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour + tips based on experience Flexible schedule- weekdays or weekends Day OR Evening shift Skills & Knowledge: Exceptional customer service skills Proven experience in sales Some knowledge of CBD/cannabis strains and their medicinal benefits.
