We are expanding in Atlanta and looking for a strong leader to help us sustain growth and ensure operational excellence. The Role We are seeking a Regional Operations Manager who will oversee daily operations, manage installation crews, and uphold our brand promise of service, quality, and trust. This role reports directly to ownership and is a key part of our long-term expansion. Responsibilities: - Manage daily field operations: insulation removal/installation, attic sealing, radiant barrier, and solar fans. - Supervise, train, and hold crews accountable to company standards. - Ensure all jobs are logged and tracked in FieldPulse CRM. - Protect profitability through job planning, inventory management, and cost control. - Maintain customer satisfaction, handling any escalations with professionalism. - Lead with integrity, ensuring the company’s values of service, problem-solving, and customer trust are lived out. - Conduct in-home estimates and represent the company professionally with homeowners. - Be available to the owner on an on-call basis. Qualifications: - 5+ years in home improvement sales and management. - Strong leadership and team-building skills. - Familiarity with CRM/job-tracking software (FieldPulse preferred). - High ethical standards, integrity, and alignment with service-driven values. - Ability to grow into a senior leadership role.
