Matrix Care Management is seeking a detail-oriented and team-focused Care Management Assistant/ Associate to join our Care Management Team. This individual will play a key role in supporting daily operations, assisting with contacting the clients, making follow up physicians and other medical appointments. Maintaining effective communication with Matrix Care Managers. Key Responsibilities • Assist with staffing medical and non-medical appointments for our clients. To include follow ups and possibly scheduling transportation. • Complete and maintain accurate data entry in company systems. • Follow up with physician offices to ensure timely communication and documentation is provided to Care Manager. • Support the Care Manager with on going communication to clients • Provide general administrative support to the Care Management team. • Collaborate in a team-oriented environment to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications • Prior customer service or administrative assistant experience preferred (healthcare or care management -background a plus). • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Bilingual / English -Spanish ( a must) • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Employee will be FDLE level 2 background screened PLEASE SEND YOUR RESUME...THANK YOU This is a part time position, in office--however could lead to a full time position for the right individual.
