What We’re Looking For: - Team Leadership: Oversee and assist kitchen staff in all aspects of food production. - Quality Control: Evaluate food products to ensure consistent quality standards. - Maintenance: Establish and maintain a regular maintenance schedule for all kitchen areas and equipment. - Training: Provide training and professional development opportunities for all kitchen staff. - Passion for Food: Must LOVE FOOD and have a creative passion for culinary excellence. - Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic kitchen setting. - On-the-Fly Creativity: Ability to create and innovate under pressure. - Experience: Previous fine dining and butchery experience is a plus. - Team Success: Ability to lead a team towards success. - Preparedness: Must possess and maintain sharp knives. - Open Availability: Days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications: - Experience: 2+ years of culinary or kitchen experience. - Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. - Organizational Skills: Highly organized with an eye for detail. - Competitive Pay: Offering a competitive salary based on experience. - Medical Benefits: Available after 60 days. - PTO + Bonuses: Enjoy work-life balance and additional incentives.
