We are a luxury steakhouse located in Midtown Manhattan, seeking a polished and professional Host/Hostess to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in fine dining, exceptional guest service skills, and a refined presence suitable for a high-volume, upscale environment. Responsibilities: • Greet and seat guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency • Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating assignments using OpenTable (or similar system) • Maintain an elevated level of service consistent with fine dining standards • Support communication between guests, management, and the service team • Ensure a seamless and memorable arrival and departure experience for all guests Requirements: • 4+ years fine dining host/hostess experience required • Knowledge of reservation systems and strong organizational skills • Polished, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills • Ability to remain calm and efficient in a high-volume setting • Flexible schedule — evenings, weekends, and holidays are required Compensation: Competitive hourly rate—excellent growth opportunities within a respected hospitality group.
