Pass all health inspections with excellence. Staffing & Scheduling Hire, train, and develop team members (front and back of house). Manage schedules to balance labor costs with business needs. Conduct evaluations and corrective actions as needed. Operational Excellence Track food cost %, labor %, and implement corrective actions. Ensure equipment is maintained and repairs handled quickly. Report daily/weekly results directly to ownership. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of restaurant management experience in fast-casual or casual dining. Strong leadership skills: able to build, coach, and retain a team Proven ability to drive sales and profitability Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Entrepreneurial mindset—treats the store like it’s their own. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: \$65,000–\$75,000/year. Bonus: \$5,000–\$10,000/year tied to sales growth, food cost %, labor cost %, and guest satisfaction. Paid time off: 1 week per year Potential health benefits. Life insurance option.
