We are looking for 2 Office Co-Managers IMMEDIATELY to operate our existing Hood Cleaning business, Five Star Safety Clean. We will train you! Pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. Office manager duties and responsibilities include scheduling appointments, making office supplies arrangements, and providing general administrative support to our technicians and customers. Previous experience as a Front office manager or Office administrator would be an advantage.. Must be available immediately! You can apply in person as well. Responsibilities include: Work with partner to schedule appointments and make collection calls. Keep up and follow operations and procedures that are in place.
