




Our CPA firm located in West Los Angeles is looking for the ideal file clerk. This is a full-time, entry-level position and we are looking to hire ASAP. This is a great opportunity to learn what it is like to work for a successful CPA firm. The hours are from 8:30a to 4:30p. GENERAL JOB DUTIES * High volume filing and ensuring all client files are in their appropriate place * Creating new file folders for tax and bookkeeping departments * Process the incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages and Federal Express deliveries * Assisting the Office Manager with maintaining all company supplies; inventory; office equipment maintenance * Assist with shredding documents and disposal of such document according to building procedures Our ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel); strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines; excellent communication skills and be able to do all this while maintaining a calm, courteous and professional demeanor under the pressures of a fast-paced CPA firm.
